On the evening of 13 October 2026,Consul-General Dr SUN Zhaoyang attended the Consular Corp Civic Reception hosted by Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner in Brisbane City Hall. Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner thanked consular corp’s contributions and introduced plans related to the 2032 Brisbane Olympics. Representatives from China, India, Papua New Guinea, and other countries attended.
