此外，在昆州夏季活动期间，我们还将在校内举办为期一周的文化活动。届时，中国戏剧协会、孔子学院、CAYA、中国书法协会和汉学历史学会等本地合作伙伴将同我们一道，为大家带来庆祝活动。

UQ appreciates the cultural importance of Chinese New Year. A range of activities has been planned to celebrate this special event with our Chinese students and the broader Asian community. This includes a special video message to prospective students, partners and agents, which we aim to share through UQ's owned channels and social media platforms.
In addition, we will be holding a week of cultural events and activities on campus through our Summer in Queensland initiative. We are pleased to be working with a group of local partners, including the Chinese Opera Society, Confucius Institute, CAYA, the Chinese Calligraphy Society and Han Historical Society, to deliver these events.
In the interest, I extend our very best wishes for a fruitful Year of the Ox.

我坚信并且清楚，我们很多领域的真诚合作正在我们彼此的研究之间构筑坚实桥梁，从而让我们能一起解决那些共同的困难和挑战。
昆士兰科技大学不仅为我们中国合作者取得的成就而骄傲。更令我们感到自豪的，是联合研究中心在空气质量、组织工程学、儿童早教、生物燃料等许多其他领域的成就而自豪。作为全球性的学术界，相信我们一定能共同建立最好的平台，迎接健康、富有成效的明天。

It's my honour to send warm greetings to all our Chinese students both here at QUT and those studying online in China. It has been a tough year, but you have shown resilience and strength.
Also, a special message to our many research colleagues at our partner institutions in China. This is a time that your work is more important than ever. As a scientist myself, I know that the way to beat the COVID-19 crisis as a community is through good science.
I firmly believe and know that the genuine collaboration we have in so many areas is building rich and deep links between our researches, and this will allow us to deal with this challenging and difficult issue we all face.
QUT is very proud of the achievements of our collaborators in China.
None more so than those carried out in our shared research centres in air quality, tissue engineering, early child teaching, biofuels and many more.
As a worldwide scholarly community, together we can build the best platform for our healthy and productive future for all.
QUT look forward to welcome our Chinese students, teachers and visitors back to our campus and to visiting you in China soon.
To our many partners in China, you have done so well in dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak. We send you greetings for a successful year of the Ox. And QUT looks forward to a deeper and broader collaborations and partnerships into the future.
